Installing the Wysiwyg 7.x-2.2 module |
Download Wysiwyg 7.x-2.2 |
To download module “Wysiwyg 7.x-2.2”, navigate to URL:
https://www.drupal.org/project/project_module
Enter “Wysiwyg” in the “Search Modules” field and press the “Search” button (Figure 1):

Scroll down to the section entitled “Wysiwyg”. Against the line displaying version “7.x-2.2” click on the “zip (108.17 KB)” link to download file “wysiwyg-7.x-2.2.zip” (Figure 2):

Install Wysiwyg 7.x-2.2 |
Login to Drupal as an administrator, navigate to “Modules”, and then click on the “Install New Module” link (Figure 3):

When the module installation page appears, click on the “Browse” button, locate the downloaded file, “wysiwyg-7.x-2.2.zip”, and then press the “Install” button (Figure 4):

When the installation complete page appears, click on the “Enable Newly Added Modules” link (Figure 5):

Scroll down to locate the “Wysiwyg” module under the “User Interface” section, and click on the “Enabled” checkbox (Figure 6):

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and press the “Save Configuration” button. A “Configure” link will appear to the right of the module entry under the “Operations” heading (Figure 7):

Note that a folder containing the contents of the module will be created under “C:\Bitnami\drupal-7.43-0\apps\drupal\htdocs\sites\all\modules” (Figure 8):

Note that within the Drupal MySql database, “bitnami_drupal7”, the following rows will have been added to the “system” table (Figure 9):
